"We just don't even know what we're looking for anymore."

Sound familiar? If you are exhausted from searching for homes on your own and feeling totally lost, read this. 👇

In 2024, I met a couple at my open house in Highland Park who were feeling that exact same frustration. They had been looking everywhere but couldn't pinpoint what they actually wanted.

I jumped into action and we started touring several existing homes together. But after a few tours, we came to a big realization: they weren't going to find their dream home. They needed to build it.

We started looking at lots all over the Park Cities and Preston Hollow, but nothing was the perfect fit. Sometimes you don't know what you need until someone shows you a different path. I took them to a place they hadn't even considered: Southlake. 💛

Sometimes clients aren't ready the first time you meet them — and that's completely okay. 💛 Over a year ago, a past client referred a couple to me.

They had questions: How does the process work? Can we buy first and then sell? How do we coordinate it all without it becoming a mess? We sat down, talked through every option, and mapped out a plan that made sense for them.
