Way too excited for my client to purchase this incredible property on acreage backing to a wooded creek… You don’t find settings like this one in Dallas often, complete with a chicken coop!! We literally went out for the first time last week to start the search, and she purchased the first one I showed her. One and done! Cash deal, closing in 8 days (tomorrow), efficiency at its finest!

She has promised me regular visits to see the chickens and to pick up farm fresh eggs from her anytime I want. Let’s just say we will definitely be keeping in close contact! 😄🐣🥚🍳
