Scott Davis, founder, and owner of Davis Home Inspections is a native-born Paulding County, Georgia resident. Scott has enjoyed his small town roots and has been an advocate for supporting local businesses within his community. Growing up in Dallas, Georgia, Scott came to admire the small town sentiment and personal approach to local businesses. With the explosive commercial growth our community has experienced over the last fifty years, the one thing that has become very limited in local businesses is a thoughtful personal approach to commerce.

In founding Davis Home Inspections, Scott saw a need in this industry for providing the consumer with a higher quality home inspection along with educating them on the systems of the home. Individuals have been paying a premium fee for a thorough work product, yet were falling short of receiving what they were actually paying to receive. Scott has taken the approach to treat each client, as he would his own family because that is what they are to him. When they entrust him to provide a service to them, they become family to him.

Scott's inspections take a full 3-4 hours because he takes his time, he is very particular as to the work product he provides to his client family. He will not pick nor chose what he adds to an inspection report. He will include all findings so the client can determine what is important for them and their needs in their purchase. His goal is always to give a client a 3+hour snapshot of what the home is offering on the date of the inspection. Is it a healthy home? Is it an unhealthy home? That is what they need to know.

Clients are entrusting Scott with a large investment into their future, so he treats them with respect by maintaining a superior work ethic and providing a detailed work product. It is by this work ethic and superior work product that he has grown his business by repeat referrals and grown his family with wonderful clients.
