UNITED FOOTBALL LEAGUE SIGNS 111,000+ SQUARE FOOT LEASE FOR HEADQUARTERS AT BALLPARK CIRCLE IN ARLINGTON, TX
The move places the UFL in the heart of Arlington’s sports and entertainment district and marks the largest office lease signed in Tarrant County in the past 24 months.*
Fort announced today that the United Football League (UFL), a professional football organization, has signed a 111,409-square-foot lease at Ballpark Circle in Arlington, Texas. According to CoStar data, this represents the largest office deal in Tarrant County over the past 24 months, underlining the significance of this milestone for the region's commercial real estate market. The lease establishes the UFL’s new headquarters, spanning two floors and hosting its administrative, operational, and team activities. The Class A property, owned by Fort, provides cutting-edge office accommodations making it an ideal location for the UFL’s new headquarters.
The transaction was facilitated by TXRE Properties Kolby Dickerson and Sam Davis, representing Fort, while Jamie Adams and Kelsi Couture of Zang | Adams Real Estate represented the UFL.
Located at 1401 Nolan Ryan Expressway, Ballpark Circle positions the UFL in the heart of Arlington’s vibrant entertainment district. Situated directly across from Choctaw Stadium (home to the UFL’s Arlington Renegades) and within walking distance of Globe Life Field (home of the Texas Rangers) and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), the property offers unrivaled access to the region’s iconic sports venues.
