Our one bedrooms start at $1,306.00 (750 sq ft)
Our two bedrooms start at $1,556.00 (1,070 sq ft)
Our three bedrooms start at $1,728.00 (1,250 sq ft)

Application Fee: $30.00 for the first applicant over the age of 18, $27.00 for each additional applicant
Deposit: Half a month of rent (depending on the size the applicant is interested in)

Resident is responsible for electric (whomever you choose as your provider)

Close to schools (University of North Texas-Dallas, Uplift Wisdom Prep, TG Terry Elementary, Birdie Alexander Elementary, Martin Weiss Elementary, Gateway Charter Academy, David Carter High School, Kingdom Collegiate Academy)
