Good morning, as the summer rolls in, marking the peak of buying season, I thought I might share some helpful steps for buying.
A home is often the largest purchase people make in their lifetime, so the decision should not be taken lightly. You should make sure you are in the ready and in the right headspace to buy. Affordability is the key! At least in my humble option.
Is there a right time and right place to buy? Yes, and that was probably 10 years ago, heck we all know 5 years are wasn't too bad either. Now does it sound like I am trying to de-influence you to buy? Maybe, maybe but the myth of homeownership being the guaranteed path to wealth is no longer true. In this ECONOMY!? Yea right! Anyway, I am saying all of this because there is no "perfect time". Ultimately the decision is yours to make and I would l be honored to help you navigate it.
