Just got this beautiful, peaceful serene 1.77 acre lot under contract in Farmersville. (Note to self: wear pants and not shorts and sandals when you are a magnet to things that want to bite you. 🦟) The family who will build a beautiful home on it one day I helped get to Texas from California in a weekend about four or five years ago! They were determined and lasered focused to find a home that day. I helped them find a beautiful new build in Farmersville by Meritage homes all set to go! I think we looked at about 15 homes that day. They love the country atmosphere of Farmersville and decided they want to stay but have a bigger piece of property to build on one day. I love this family. They just welcomed a sweet baby girl to their family of three and now are 4!
Congrats to the Mboggo family on their new piece of acreage. 🇨🇱🌄
