Happy Friday! Away we go with a brief summary of goings-on (every resident should have received a hard copy on their door *and* a soft copy via email with additional detail).
Construction
Exploratory work on the SE and SW corners continues in order to arrive at a more definitive schedule. In the near term, expect most of the work to be on the South side, and on *all* sides of the 1st floor.
Balconies / Keys
Remember: You must clear your balconies in order for them to be painted, and the concierge must have a key to your unit in case the workers require access. If you receive notice that we don't have a key for your unit, please provide one ASAP.
Delinquencies
Please work to eliminate any delinquencies on your account - the lender for our loan requires a 10% or lower rate in order to be approved. This means we can only have approximately 4 delinquent units!
Water Intrusion Survey
Please fill out a water intrusion survey ASAP, and return it to unit 101 or 407. We're asking all units to fill this out again even if you have before to ensure we have the most up to date info from the community. This was also sent via email along with a hard copy on each unit's door.
Rooftop Wi-Fi / Gym TV Service
Ellumnet is scheduled to establish wifi service on the rooftop, lobby, and gym on August 2nd or early next week. Once that's in place, we'll setup streaming TV in the gym. Please see the notice sent via email and placed on doors for wifi credentials.
Rental Restriction Proxies
Last but not least, if you have not completed your proxy from the meeting held August 27th, please do so ASAP and drop the completed form off at the front desk, or give it to a board member (our units are 101, 202, 206, 208, and 407).
