Something to consider in today's market of higher interest rates. I have spoken with a lot of prospective buyers and they all say the same thing about not wanting to buy now because of the higher interest rates. First off, it is nearly impossible to know when the rates will decrease. But as soon as it does, everyone will rush back and start to look at buying. Then you'll be priced out of the areas that you would have had the shot at getting earlier (now).

Dallas is expected to continuously grow throughout the next several decades, with a strong economy, there's a very low chance of ending up in a troubled situation. Homes are selling for more than they have ever! And you can refinance your mortgage once the rates have dropped in a few years!
