Not Like My Favorite

Some years ago, new clients announced, “You're not like our favorite realtor.” A bit hesitant to respond, I pondered the nature of the comment. Admittedly, I wondered about their favorite’s admirable qualities. After hours of face-to-face meetings and discussion coupled with lengthy phone conversations with each of them, I’ve discovered that I was not like their favorite, and they appreciated my differences. I am a carpenter at heart - a tradesman - an electrician, a plumber, a framer, a roofer, a... [you get the picture.]

I’ve had a lifetime of opportunities to learn from amazingly talented trades people, and I love learning and sharing what I’ve learned to empower my clients!

My favorite sister says, “People ask for a drink, and my baby brother provides a firehose!” The truth of that statement is I want my clients to know about their property to the extent they need to know and/or are willing to learn! Again, empower!

Buying and selling property is the business, but my clients are the LIFE of my career. Comparatively, the investment in buying, and/or selling of a property or land is one of the largest and often a most emotionally exhausting activity. Most have not had the home building and trades experiences I have, and I am obligated to provide the sometimes overwhelming information of empowerment to make the best decisions for the investment.
