Mutts Canine Cantina suddenly closed all locations. The dog lovers hangout unexpectedly announced the closure on social media, catching members by surprise after being open as usual. The closure affects all locations, including the flagship Uptown location, and The Fort Worth, Allen, and franchised Austin location.

A favorite Dallas hangout for dogs and their owners is gone "fur-ever." The owners of Mutts Canine Cantina announced Monday, June 29 they're permanently closing all locations, including Uptown Dallas and Fort Worth, after more than a decade in business.

Once again, summer “First Tuesdays” historically drop off in energy and attendees…. As you can see per the pictures, our group is growing and very strong with there not being any sort of drop off in June’s “First Tuesday”. I expect that we will all bring it in July..

Retail real estate leaders are increasingly concerned that persistent inflation and elevated Treasury yields could keep borrowing costs high and delay the commercial real estate recovery despite expected Fed rate cuts.

Retail real estate leaders at ICSC Las Vegas warned inflation, fuel costs, and rising borrowing rates could slow deals and development.
