Clarity is hard to come by right now, not because individuals are faltering, but because the nature of work has transformed.

Many capable people are still clinging to old definitions of progress in a landscape that requires a clearer sense of self and direction.

The uncertainty often reflects a change in the environment, rather than a personal inadequacy.

When clarity is pursued thoughtfully, it revitalizes energy, simplifies decision-making, and cultivates alignment that makes sustained progress possible.
