" is more than a slogan to let people know that she makes it a point to stay informed on properties & the events that affect residential real estate. It also describes her focus area of properties within Loop 12. Every time she moved to a new city, she found herself drawn to the close in, established neighborhoods and loves to introduce others to the joys of living in the loop…less commute time, proximity to the arts and entertainment, trees!!, and the true sense of community that can be found in these neighborhoods. "These areas provide all of the above while offering such a variety of housing options…older, well-built homes on generous lots, new condos, townhouse and duplex style residences with minimal maintenance and high rise living with its appealing amenities…there are even renovated loft spaces for the true urban dweller" says Teresa. "These older neighborhoods allow me to market what I consider to be the very best of two worlds - wonderful, charming homes crafted at a time when fine quality materials were used and pride in one's work was evident as well as new, exciting construction and renovation by today's urban visionary builders and developers." Leaving the corporate world to join David Griffin in 1997, Teresa brought with her exceptional sales, marketing, research and analytical skills. Those skills enable her to successfully market a seller's home or to find just the right house for a buyer, whether purchasing their first home, last home or any home in between. Her love of old houses led her to certification by Preservation Dallas as a Advanced Historic House Specialist. A believer of continuing education, she has completed courses in Residential Construction and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee. Teresa calls Dallas "home" after having lived in diverse areas of the U. S. and its territories including two years on Kwajalein, a small island in the Pacific. Travel is her favorite pastime and she speaks Italian fluently. She studied dance from an early age, including Jazz, Flamenco, Latin, Swing, Hula and Tahitian. Teresa also serves as Technology Consultant for David Griffin & Company.
