One of the things I’m most proud of in my real estate career is the relationships I’ve built with builders.
For more than a year now, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside builders from the very beginning—helping acquire the lots, watching an idea become a home, and then having the honor of representing and selling that home when it’s finished.
Now, those relationships are growing through word of mouth.
The trust of the builders I’ve worked with has led to recommendations, new introductions, and the opportunity to partner with two more builders as they begin building here in Granbury.
This week, we put two lots under contract for two future new construction homes. What initially appeared to be one property at 5601 Belaire Circle turned out to be two separate lots. After doing some digging and working with Hood County to get the second property properly separated and addressed as 5603 Belaire Circle, we were able to secure both.
Soon, I’ll get to watch two more homes go from dirt to finished product—and, when the time comes, have the privilege of bringing them to market for the builders.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about being part of the process long before the FOR SALE sign ever goes in the yard!
