We’re always thrilled to spend time with the four incredible organizations at the heart of the Cedar Crest Classic 4 Kids: Mercy Street Dallas, Behind Every Door, Momentous Institute and I Am a Golfer Foundation.

Our recent lunch gave us the opportunity to prepare for this year’s tournament, hear more about each organization’s mission and learn how funds raised through CCC4K have made an impact within their organizations and throughout the communities they serve over the past year.

A successful data center development starts with knowing what to look for before committing to a site.

Robert Child, KDC’s EVP of Data Center Development, joined the “Smart Site Bets: What It Actually Takes to Get a Site Built” panel at Bisnow’s DICE: South.

Rob shared his perspective on looking beyond ‘powered, zoned and entitled’ and evaluating the full due diligence picture, from power and infrastructure to environmental considerations, entitlements, community support and collaboration, and other factors that can impact a project.

This , we’re looking back at Toyota Motor North America’s headquarters in Plano.

Nearly a decade after opening, the 2.2 million-square-foot, KDC-developed campus continues to set the standard for the modern workplace.

Dallas Business Journal recently featured the campus in its Coolest Offices in DFW series, highlighting its collaborative spaces, employee amenities and thoughtful workplace design.

We're excited to partner with Pillar Commercial on One Bethany North, the newest office opportunity at Watters Creek Office Park in Allen.

This Throwback Thursday, we're revisiting the transformation of 901 Central Expressway in Richardson.

Originally built in 1980 as the headquarters of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas, the campus entered a new chapter after KDC developed the company's new headquarters. Rather than starting over, we preserved the existing structure and completely reimagined the interior, creating the headquarters for Fossil, Inc.

From opening the lobby and introducing natural daylight to adding rooftop gathering spaces and modern amenities, the project shows how thoughtful redevelopment can give an existing building new purpose.
