A major milestone has been reached at Bank of America Tower at Parkside.

We recently gathered with our development partners, project team, trade partners, and the many individuals contributing to this project to celebrate the topping out of the tower. Reaching the highest structural point is an important moment that reflects the collaboration, dedication, and craftsmanship of everyone involved.

Thank you to the entire team for their dedication and contributions to this milestone. We look forward to seeing the project continue to take shape in the months ahead.

KDC was proud to support Dallas CASA's Parade of Playhouses and volunteer at NorthPark Center.

Our team spent the day helping sell raffle tickets for the one-of-a-kind playhouses designed and built by local architects and builders while raising awareness about Dallas CASA's mission to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Events like Parade of Playhouses bring our community together in support of a meaningful cause, and we're honored to play a part in helping Dallas CASA continue its important work.

From preschool to college, we're proud to celebrate the children of our KDC family who are reaching important milestones this year.

We’re proud to recognize National Safety Week at our Bank of America Tower at Parkside project.

This morning, the jobsite team participated in a Safety Week stand down. The session included a hands-on harness demonstration, interactive discussion, and strong engagement across the site.

Things are moving along at our Parkside Bank of America Tower project. Our recent site walk allowed us to check in on glass installation progress, see the progress on level 24, and spend the morning with our project team onsite.

We are excited to see the project coming together.
