What’s behind Collin County’s growing headquarters landscape?

Senior Vice President of Development Aarica Mims joined The Big Move panel at Bisnow’s Collin County State of the Market to discuss office demand and corporate relocations.

Aarica highlighted the “pursuit of experience” as a major reason companies choose build-to-suit. Companies want workplaces designed around their people and culture, and that demand is helping fuel build-to-suit growth across Collin County.

With more than 26 million square feet developed in Collin County, KDC is proud to play a role in shaping the area’s growing corporate landscape.

Great conversations about the future of Dallas!

KDC Senior Vice President Aarica Mims joined Bank of America Dallas President Jennifer Chandler, Pacific Elm’s Sara Terry and fellow industry leaders for a ULI panel discussing Dallas’ emergence as “Y’all Street,” the evolution of the modern workplace and the vision behind Bank of America’s new regional office at Parkside.

Following the discussion, attendees enjoyed a guided tour of Parkside and an opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals.
