Being in the real estate business is about "helping" people and that has been Jennifer’s goal since she started in the title business 12 years ago. As an escrow assistant, she understands that this can be a stressful time and appreciates the importance of working proficiently; ensuring every process in the transaction goes smoothly. When Jennifer is not working she and her husband enjoy spending time with their precious bundle of joy Tristan. Amber Kalawe: With a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, and passion for customer service, Amber has the knowledge and devotion to serve our clients with top tier service. She aims to truly get to know each and every customer as an individual. Amber embraces diversity and appreciates her abilities to connect with people of all different backgrounds. Her experience in escrow, paired with these skills make her a great asset to the Alamo team. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, and keeping up with her son, Hudson. Mallory Johnson: We are excited to welcome Mallory back to the team! She is a proud Texan and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Texas Women’s University. Through her journey with Alamo, she quickly transitioned from Receptionist to Escrow Assistant back at her start in 2018. Since then, Mallory has continued to grow in her Escrow knowledge, working hard as a vital part of the Alamo team. She is passionate about her work as an Escrow Assistant and enjoys closing transactions out on the back end. Her favorite part of the process is knowing that she is helping our clients begin new chapters of their lives. Mallory emphasizes friendly service, and efficiency in the closing process. When she is not at work, Mallory enjoys trying new local restaurants and spending time with her husband and son. Reavan Moore: Born and raised in Dallas, Reavan is our newest team member. She is a huge Cowboys fan and loves repping her hometown! Reavan holds an Associate’s degree of Science and continues her studies of pediatric health. Through her studies, she demonstrates compassion and service which carries over to her role as our new receptionist. Reavan’s experience in customer service and title, make her an excellent addition to our team. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her nephew, Zayn and working as a part-time nanny.
