There is always something different with each transaction in the real estate business. Last week I closed on two properties that couldn’t be more different. One was a small, 50-year-old home similar to what I grew up in and the other was a quite large, new ultra-modern home. Different properties keep things interesting, but the best part of real estate is being able to work with and help some awesome people.
