So important to use a trusted realtor when building a new home🙋🏼‍♀️ Read this article and you’ll understand why.

The builder is the SELLER and they can misguide you. This article breaks my heart and unfortunately isn’t uncommon.

It is false that you get a better deal from builders if you don’t use an agent- they pay separately from a marketing budget. Take advantage of a 💸FREE💸 buyers agent and hire a realtor who will make sure you understand everything you are getting into, and negotiate for you along the way.🏡⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

A PID allows a city or county to charge a builder to develop roads, water, sewage, sidewalks, etc. A builder can pass that cost on to buyers and you'll see it on your property taxes.

🚨May housing report just in!🚨

As expected, there was a decline in home sales compared to 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. HOWEVER, many promising new stats are showing that buyers are back out and searching for their new home.

Since we are seeing a *record low* for current listings on the market, buyers and sellers can expect to see multiple offer situations.

❗️❗️❗️ The DFW market has not price drops due to the pandemic... so be prepared to write a good offer, the stats below actually show an increase in price from 2019.

There are currently more buyers than sellers. If you are considering listing your home and still waiting, now actually may be the best time to list. 🙏

🌵 I am so thankful to all of my clients that have chosen me to help them purchase real estate, especially during a global pandemic ⁣

🌵 Stats are reporting real estate showing traffic to be at (and above) pre-quarantine level. The spring market is late, but it’s here and buyers are back out shopping! ⁣

🌵 Maybe buying a house isn’t on your agenda right now, but if it is... we should chat about how you can take advantage of the current market and low mortgage interest rates! 💵 ⁣
