Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with a low offer “”just to see”” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious.
