This afternoon the City of Garland is holding a mural reveal and ribbon-cutting to mark renovation progress in Valoris Healthpark, a medical district redevelopment project Prevarian is working on in partnership with the City and Harrison Street.

We loved the 1980s. Yeah, it was the “Me-First Decade”, inflation was off the charts, bands had names like Quiet Riot and Twisted Sister, and Pontiac tried to convince us that the Fiero was a performance car. But, for most of us who were around back then, it was a great time to be alive. And, shifting subtly back to the topic at hand, it was also the decade that saw the emergence of freestanding post-acute care hospitals - a product with exciting JV opportunities today.
