This Lent was the same for me.

That’s why the joy of Easter feels even greater this time.

Today, I had the honor of receiving the Healy Hustle Award.

As a newer agent at Rogers Healy & Associates, I was recognized for making an early impact — securing a $5M listing, marketing boldly and intentionally, proactively seeking feedback, and continually refining my craft. They described my business as being built on honesty, perseverance, and persistence, and said my hustle is not just about transactions, but about purpose.

Hearing those words meant more to me than the award itself.

This will likely be my first and last award from , which makes it especially meaningful.

Rogers, thank you. I grew tremendously during my time here. I learned, I stretched, and in moments when I found myself in a very difficult situation, you extended your hand. I am deeply grateful. I sincerely hope this next chapter of your life is filled with peace, happiness, and fulfillment.

Thank you for the opportunities and for believing in me.

Real Producers is a community and networking event that brings together some of the top-producing agents in the Dallas market. It’s not just about rankings—it’s about relationships, leadership, and learning from the best in the industry.

Today I attended with Kara Bang, and I’m grateful we had the chance to be in that room together.

To everyone who worked behind the scenes to organize this event, thank you. And to every agent I met tonight—each of you is a teacher and a mentor to me in different ways. Being surrounded by people who continue to build, adapt, and grow is both humbling and motivating.

2025 has been one of the most challenging markets Dallas has seen in recent history. And yet, in the middle of uncertainty, so many have still found a way to create success. That takes resilience, discipline, and vision.

I’m taking notes. I’m learning. And I’ll be back stronger.
