Master Built Properties is family-owned and operated right here in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas by Mike Bristol and Brenda Box. We then assess and repair structural issues. We replace out-of-date electrical, plumbing and HVAC Systems to bring the property up to Code. Then, we begin the cosmetic re-working of the house including: raising low ceilings, replacing
out-dated bathrooms with state-of-the-ar

t plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinetry and flooring. Our homes have a beautiful unique look because of the way we source all the fixtures and elements we use to update and upgrade our homes. We search for Artisan-crafted items, handmade in America, and use these little pieces of art wherever possible. We also use hand applied finishes to walls and cabinetry-- never the sprayed on paint! Our amazing crew is comprised of a family of tradesmen, raised in the Dallas area, who were all trained by their father in painting, carpentry, plumbing and the craft of building homes. Our Lead Designer has experience in art, interiors, landscaping, textiles, fashion and furnishings--all of which are utilized in each home.
