FRISCO AND MCKINNEY ARE AMERICA’S TOP TWO REAL ESTATE MARKETS 🏡
Collin County is dominating a new WalletHub ranking of the best real estate markets in the U.S., with Frisco taking the No. 1 spot and McKinney coming in at No. 2.
🏆 Frisco — No. 1 nationally
🥈 McKinney — No. 2 nationally
🏠 Both cities have large shares of newer housing
📈 Strong job growth helped boost both rankings
⭐ Allen also made the national top 10
📍 300 U.S. cities were evaluated across 17 metrics
The rankings come as Collin County continues its rapid growth, with its population projected to surpass 2.2 million by 2060.
