Be part of the solution! There is a serious shortage of inventory in the housing market in DFW, which has been exacerbated by Covid-19. The upside to that, if you are a home owner, is that if you've ever wanted to sell, NOW is the time! Many of my clients are downsizing their lives, and moving toward a pseudo minimalist way of living. A simpler life is what they are after. Tired of maintaining a home, lawn, repairs, updates, and the like, they are choosing to live more simply and let someone else take care of those things. If this simpler way of life suits you, multi-family living may be a great alternative to owning a single family residence. Apartments, townhomes, and condos where the landlord or HOA is reaponsible for the maintenance is a great solution.
