From VA foreclosure to FOREVER HOME! 🏡🔑

Michael and JaNice didn’t just buy a house today. They scored an incredible deal on a home with so much potential!

This isn’t their first home, but they intend for it to be their last. Now they’re ready to roll up their sleeves, put in the sweat equity, and transform it into exactly what they want.

This is the official “before” photo, and I cannot wait to follow along and see the “after!”

Congratulations, Michael and JaNice! The keys are yours. Let the transformation begin! 🛠️🎉❤️

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT TODAY!

This transaction is a little different, and it’s a great example of the many ways a Realtor can help.

In this case, the buyer and seller already knew one another and had agreed on the basic terms of the sale. What they needed was an experienced professional to help them navigate everything that comes after the handshake.

I’m serving as an intermediary, which means I’m facilitating the transaction for both sides and helping keep all of the moving parts moving in the right direction.

✔️ Making sure contracts are completed properly
✔️ Explaining important dates, deadlines and responsibilities
✔️ Keeping the transaction on track
✔️ Connecting them with a trusted title company
✔️ Connecting the buyer with a lender who can get them to the finish line
✔️ Coordinating between everyone involved from contract to closing

There’s a lot that happens between “we have a deal” and “we closed!” 🔑

Sometimes you don’t need a Realtor to find the house or find the buyer. You need one who knows how to take the agreement you’ve already made and help guide the transaction safely and smoothly to the closing table.

Under contract today and headed for a quick closing! 🏡💗
