💛 Over the years I’ve realized how much journaling my gratitude has quietly changed me. I don’t know the science behind it (they say it has an effect on your brain), but sitting down and actually writing out what I’m thankful for has made me pay attention in a different way.

A podcast recommendation rec, a venting session, a client referral, a random laugh, an invite to a spontaneous Mavs game. So many small moments and opportunities have evolved into even greater ones… I really do notice that stuff.

So if you’ve crossed my path this year in any little way, just know I’m more grateful for you and this journey than I probably say out loud.
