Congratulations to our dear friends, Carlos M. Quijada and Darlene Brito Quijada! 🎉

I am truly grateful that our paths crossed during this journey. After previous attempts and challenges, He did it because GOD’s timing is always best! 💯

When we act in obedience, GOD loves to demonstrate His power. We found your dream home within the first tour, made an immediate offer, the seller covered closing costs, negotiated the required repairs, and closed within a few weeks. You are now in a safe community, and your new chapter is just beginning. A new place of worship and serenity! 🏡❤️🙌

Working with real estate experts makes all the difference. It helps you avoid the pitfalls of over-promising and under-delivering. That's why I value a faith-based approach and surround myself with like-minded individuals.

When we listen and obey, the Lord gets all the credit, opening doors to abundant blessings. Everyone benefits! ✅️
Finally, all praise to God—without Him, none of this would be possible. “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." - Proverbs 16:3

When the Lord is with you, success is inevitable.💯

08/22/2026

Almost seven weeks ago, on July 6, I experienced one of the biggest health scares of my life. I woke up with part of my face paralyzed and blind in one eye. For the past ten years, I had been telling myself, “Tomorrow. I’ll start tomorrow.” But tomorrow kept turning into another day, and nothing ever really changed. I had been pushing through life while feeling miserable—huffing, puffing, and struggling with even the simplest tasks. Getting in and out of the car or getting dressed had become a major physical challenge.

But GOD allowed a circumstance to happen that woke me up and helped me see that I could not keep living the same way. During that time, my emotions were overwhelming. One moment I felt deep despair, and the next I was praising GOD and loving Him no matter what the outcome would be. Like Job, I got down on my knees and worshiped Him. I share this testimony because GOD used that season to strengthen my faith, renew my perspective, and deepen my appreciation for life.

Only four weeks ago, I was cleared to begin working out again. Since then, I have lost 31 pounds by changing my lifestyle and building healthy habits. I stopped eating processed foods, sugars, and breads. I now sleep seven to eight hours a night, work out every day for at least 30 minutes (10k steps), and stretch daily—sometimes twice a day.

This journey has given me a new appreciation for my relationship with GOD, my family, my health, and the purpose He has placed before me. I began this transformation without weight-loss medication, and just a couple of days ago I was prescribed Mounjaro. I am excited to see how this, together with the routines I have already developed, will help me continue moving toward my goal of one day being under 200 pounds. It has been almost 15 years since I was there, but I believe that with God’s help, it is possible.

I know I cannot do this in my own strength. I am reminded of the apostle Paul’s words in Philippians about learning how to live in every circumstance. I know what it is like to be unhealthy, and I am learning what it means to pursue health and peace. Through it all, my dependence, love, and trust are in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. On my own, I can do nothing, but with Jesus, I can because He strengthens me. As I continue to abide in Him through this loving relationship, I believe what Scripture says: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

"Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength." – Philippians 4:11-13

I also want to give kudos to the physicians and team at R Family Medical Group. Brianna and Nadia have been consistent in their care for me through my routine IV transfusions and oxygen hyperbaric chamber treatments. For those who are managing diabetes, I highly recommend looking into this option with your medical provider. The oxygen hyperbaric chamber treatments have helped me tremendously over these past four weeks as my body heals internally, and I am grateful for the care, support, and progress I have experienced. GOD is faithful and good.

Today holds a very special meaning for me.😭Back in 2012, I met a young lady who walked into my office at JPMorgan Chase with a dream — she wanted to buy a home.🏡 Through the years, Angie Garza never gave up. She stayed focused, determined, and relentless, and today I am proud to say: congratulations, my sister, on achieving one of life’s greatest financial milestones — homeownership.🙌💯🎉

I also want to give a special thank-you to Amy Corona for all of your help, attention to detail, and dedication throughout this process. You stayed on top of everything, and together we worked to make sure Angie's biggest investment was protected and handled with care.

Angie, I am truly proud of you. Most people would have given up long ago, but you kept going because you understood that nothing truly meaningful in life comes without sacrifice. Your patience, faith, and perseverance have brought you to this beautiful moment.

It is an honor to have been part of this journey and to help you secure a solid home in a beautiful community with instant equity, for less than the asking price, with closing costs included. You deserve the very best. Congratulations, my friend — to GOD be all the glory.

Church, I want to testify today: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.” — Genesis 50:20

On July 6, 2026, I faced one of the greatest scares of my life. After days of severe insomnia, dehydration, and exhaustion, I woke up and discovered that half of my face was paralyzed. In that moment, fear rushed in. I thought I may have suffered a minor stroke. I was taken to urgent care, and by the grace of God, the diagnosis was Bell’s palsy. Even then, I was anxious about the road ahead, because recovery was expected to take two to four weeks. I began treatment right away with medication, injections, facial therapy, and oxygen chamber treatments. But beneath the diagnosis, beneath the fear, and beneath the questions, I kept asking, “Lord, why is this happening?”

Then my blood work came back, and more of the story began to unfold. I learned that I had type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and anemia. Church, I will be honest with you—it was overwhelming. I felt distraught. I felt weak. There were moments when I was ready to give up. But God surrounded me with love through my wife, my family, and a dear friend who reminded me to worship Him through it all. So that is what I did. Like Job, I worshiped Him in my pain. I knelt. I prayed. I praised Him day and night, singing with my little crooked mouth and offering God whatever strength I had left.

Later, I learned that when someone is diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, they are often advised not to strain the facial muscles. But at the time, all I knew was that I needed to worship. I did not just sing songs—I surrendered. I did not just lift my voice—I gave God my fear, my weakness, my questions, and my outcome. I accepted His will, and I trusted that I was loved no matter what happened next.

And as I worshiped, God began showing me something deeper. This was not only about Bell’s palsy. This was connected to years of neglect—almost a decade of not valuing myself, ignoring warning signs, and losing sight of who I was in Him. I had become more focused on pleasing people than honoring God. I had not loved myself enough to care for the body He had given me.

And this is what the Lord reminded me: your body matters to God.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” — Romans 12:1

In my weakness, I saw that God was still working in my story. The Lord told the apostle Paul, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So, like Paul, I can say, “I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me” (2 Corinthians 12:9). Church, when I was weak, my God was strong. When I could not hold myself together, He held me. When I did not know what tomorrow would look like, He reminded me that His grace was enough. And with His strength, I will prevail. This setback was not my ending—it was the beginning of my comeback.

As I reflected on the blood work, I realized how much my body had been crying out for help. For a long time, I had lived with fatigue, shortness of breath, discomfort, and exhaustion after meals. I had pushed through the warning signs, but God, in His mercy, did not forsake me. He reminded me that my identity was not in sickness. My identity was not in fear. My identity was not in failure. My identity is in Him—as an adopted son of the Almighty King and an heir to His Kingdom.

And here is the testimony: by God’s grace, I was completely healed in 16 days with no lasting side effects. What seemed impossible became possible. What looked frightening became a place of revelation. What felt like weakness became a place where God showed His strength. Through it all, God awakened something new in me. I began caring for myself with intention—eating better, avoiding processed foods and sugar, drinking more water, creating new morning and evening routines, exercising, and taking steps toward a healthier life.

But God did more than heal my face. He renewed my compassion. He strengthened my marriage. He deepened my love for my family. He gave me a fresh purpose. I believe July 7, 2026, marked the beginning of a new life for me—a day I will never forget.

When I returned to church today, the message reminded me of our identity in Christ. How ironic, right? Then something beautiful happened: the worship team sang “Center” by Bethel Music—the very song that had become my anthem throughout this entire journey. I had listened to it again and again for days, holding onto the truth that Jesus was at the center of it all. And in that moment, I knew God had been with me in the urgent care room, in the sleepless nights, in the fear, in the treatments, and in the healing.

So today, I want to encourage somebody: no matter what crisis you are facing, God has not let go of you. He sees you. He loves you. He is present in the middle of your story. His love overflows. It is perfect, peaceable, gentle, and faithful. When we remember who He is, we are also reminded of who we are in Him.

My journey with type 2 diabetes is just beginning. I believe healing, discipline, and transformation are possible—not through my own power, but through His. I've already lost 16 lbs without any medication, simply by caring enough and making the effort. What the enemy intended for harm, God is turning into good, as Genesis 50:20 reminds us. The most important part is that I was saved and given new life so I could share and remind others that God is the one who saves lives.

Thank you for your prayers, love, and support. And may this testimony encourage anyone who feels weary, afraid, or forgotten: God is still working, even in weakness. Your pain is not wasted. Your season is not hidden from Him. Your setback may be the very place where God begins your comeback. Amen.

Thank you to the people who stood with me in prayer and support: Dr.Chad Schapiro, Dr. Bruce Proctor, Brian N Natalie Robles, Joseph Lourigan , Michael Tovar, the entire Rice Church leadership, Dr. Carlos M. Quijada, Ronald Scott Glover, Nurse Melinda Payer, Erica Hinojosa , Pastor James Mann, Marcus Arrelius, Pastor Nino Gonzalez, Franklin Torres, Carlo Colantonio, and my loving wife, Bea Villarreal Moreno and children.

Why worry when you have an army of believers praying for you?

Real estate can be quite challenging, and if you give it your best, it often brings a roller coaster of emotions. Many people say real estate transactions are among the top five most stressful events in life, alongside marriage, divorce, having a child, losing a loved one, graduating, or losing a job.

In my 17 years of experience since 2009, I can tell you this was one of the most demanding. We began this journey in September 2025, investing countless hours in counseling, inspections, walkthroughs, and preparing the property for photography and staging. There were numerous showings, including some challenging ones, and just a day before closing, I found myself dealing with both the buyer and seller, which was quite intense. The buyer was unhappy with the repairs, which was understandable, and I found myself rushing late at night to find an HVAC technician to service the units on closing day. This work isn't for the faint of heart.

I am grateful to GOD, standing firm in my integrity, character, and faith. I believe this isn’t just my business but a responsibility I trust to GOD, who guides me to always do what is right. All the hours, effort, and miles spent on this property, and the setbacks faced, remind me that my true provision comes from the Lord, not man.
As GOD promises, no ear can hear, no mind can conceive the wonderful things He has prepared for those who love Him (1 Corinthians 2:9). And we love Him with all our hearts. To GOD be the glory.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me—Erica Hinojosa from University Title Company - San Antonio, E, you have always have my back! Joseph Lourigan from Holden Roofing, George and Sylvia Perez from GE Inspections, Andy Vasquez from San Antonio Handyman & Remodeling LLC, John Dirba from Dragon Drone Services, Fernando Garza Jr. from Artic Cooling, and especially my loving wife, Bea Villarreal Moreno, and our children, who have sacrificed so much to allow me to dedicate time, effort, and my God-given talents.

Remember, nothing is ever wasted when you do it for the glory of GOD. He promises to replenish sevenfold what the enemy tries to steal from us. See less

Congratulations to Kevin and Robin on successfully selling their home in this challenging market, where homes are staying on the market longer due to high interest rates, ongoing war overseas, rising gas prices, inflation, and an oversupply of inventory in San Antonio, making buyers more selective than ever.

My client began this process last year with another agent, but the property was significantly overpriced and lacked attention to detail. Virtual staging was used to attract viewers, only to reveal an empty 3,200-square-foot home—dull and unappealing. We took three weeks to prepare and list the property, knowing it would take time. We made necessary changes for a smooth, peaceful sale, including strategic pricing, luxury staging, and a pre-listing inspection to prevent loan delays. Within four days, we had multiple showings and an offer we couldn't refuse, selling to an out-of-state buyer who flew in specifically to see it.

Thanks to Joseph Lourigan of Holden Roofing for his expertise and to Andy Vasquez from San Antonio Handyman for repairs and removing a 14-foot sauna from the deck! Their team handled every detail—painting, landscaping, and more.

I’ve previously mentioned that if agents avoided taking shortcuts and focused on details, they wouldn't rely on tactics such as overpricing or steep price reductions to attract buyers, which is an ineffective marketing approach, yet some of the top-performing realtors in our city still use it.

As needed, hiring an appraiser can serve as a guide, but even better, working with a knowledgeable real estate expert makes all the difference, helping to avoid over-promising and under-delivering. That’s why I believe in a faith-based approach and in surrounding myself with like-minded people.

When we listen and obey, the Lord receives all the credit, opening doors to blessings. Everyone benefits. All praise to God—without Him, none of this is possible. “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." - Proverbs 16:3.

Hallelujah! We successfully SOLD this beauty in Fair Oaks Ranch (also known as Boerne) under contract in just 18 days, amid multiple offers. We overcame concerns about pricing in today's market, high interest rates, and properties remaining unsold for extended periods. But, as we faithfully steward what is ours through acts of obedience, our GOD always delivers!

Luke 11:28 NLT
Jesus replied, “But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice.”
