One of the hardest things I personally face in real estate is that I want everyone to have the BEST possible experience. I want multiple offers, over list price in 24 hours for sellers and I want $20k plus instant equity, rate buy downs, seller concessions and a new roof if needed for buyers 🤪 I do everything in my power to have smooth communication from the other agents, the lender, the title companies, the surveyors, the inspectors, the contractors, etc. It just doesn’t always go that way. There are SO many moving pieces - not to mention an ever evolving MARKET and hurdles no one can imagine (like for instance - a global pandemic).

Something I have learned to lean into over the last 13 years in this industry - timing is wild. And you have to trust it. I’ve had so many deals where an offer came in way later than a seller wanted and then they looked back and were extremely grateful for the timing of it because life decided to throw some curve balls their way. I’ve had buyers look back and be extremely grateful that their offer wasn’t accepted on their “dream home” because they found out they got relocated for a job, got pregnant, had a change in life direction, etc, etc.

After walking through so much pain and devastation in my personal life, I’ve learned that the only way you can truly live wholehearted and free is to be open hearted and open minded. Which means you have to trust that when things don’t go the way you thought or imagined, there’s something beautiful on the other side for you. 🫶🏼💕 Happy Thursday!
