Grateful to be one of only 3 agents in our 160+ agent DFW office to reach Silver Agent Status thus far in 2025. This is an honor based on number of closings for the year. I’m thankful for all of the clients I have been able to assist so far this year.

Thank you to these clients on allowing me to represent them for my 20th closing this year! This one was a little different as we chose to pivot to a rental based on current market conditions. I was able to assist this owner in tenant screenings including background checks, employment verification, application processing, collecting deposits, kissing hands, shaking babies, etc.

As someone who owns and self manages 16 unit, my experience enabled me to get some wonderful tenants for my clients who project to be there for multiple years! If you have a property you’re on the fence about selling or renting, or have rented your property before with bad experiences, let’s chat!

Grateful to these clients for trusting me to represent them on my 19th closing this year! These clients had a very poor experience with their previous agent and wound up having to cancel the listing. After listing with me they quickly had multiple offers, and even when our first offer fell through due to financing, we were able to quickly get another strong offer for them!

Selling your home is often (always) a tumultuous experience. In this market, more than ever, it’s important to have an experienced agent who is doing lot of business, and not just someone who remembers to pay their dues on time.
