👀 A lot of real estate advice in your area sounds true because there’s usually a little truth buried in it.
That’s exactly why some of these misconceptions stick around.
🍁 An online estimate can be useful, but it isn’t the same thing as understanding what a home could actually sell for.
🍁 An inspection can uncover a long list of issues without automatically meaning the house is a bad buy.
🍁 And a list price might start the conversation, but there’s a lot more strategy behind where that number lands and what happens from there.
Those little distinctions matter because real estate decisions rarely come down to one blanket rule.
I’d much rather explain the context behind something than have you make a huge decision based on advice that only tells half the story.
