Pool update at the Dallas homestead!

We sandblasted and re-tinted the deck, giving it a more natural look that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The light tan color with darker highlights creates a more organic feel and highlights the current tropical plantings.

The old Limestone coping is gone. Originally installed incorrectly that didn't allow for natural movement (the things we learn as homeowners), the cracked 3-foot sections are being replaced with Noce Travertine in a brick-style pattern- designed with movement and easier replacement in mind if needed in the future.

Next is some granite landscape beds surrounding the pool with stone edging.

2027 will see new sod (pups will be excited!), a sprinkler system and landscape lighting!

Then, backyard paradise. Until another project comes along.
