Meet Natalie. She’s a hard-working, single mom and schoolteacher. Our journey together has been three years in the making and it is one of my favorite clients stories yet.

I met Natalie at a time when our market was insane. Almost every house went into a multiple offer situation and sold for well above list price. We put in many offers on properties but were always beat out by cash buyers.

But good things come to those that wait. Today, Natalie closed on a beautiful house that she will now get to make all her own. To see the excitement on her face when we heard the words “you’ve funded” brought tears to my eyes.🏡🔑

I could not be more excited for her and I’m grateful she chose me to share in her home buying journey. 🥹 THIS is why I love what I do!

This fun couple needed to relocate to Dallas during the pandemic but weren’t able to make it here in person. No problem! We found their next place to call home by doing FaceTime showings.📱🏡 The first time they stepped foot into their beautiful new build home was on closing day when they picked up the keys.🔑

I’ve actually sold a few homes that way over the years. I always ensure my clients have a good feel of the area they are looking in by sending them helping links on the area, videoing the street the house is on that they are considering, as well as the entrance into the neighborhood, and its surrounding area. I want to make sure they have no surprises when here and are going to be happy homeowners for many years to come.😊

Taking a trip down memory lane today. Every listing holds a special place in my heart, but there’s something extra special about the very first one. And this was mine.

A friend asked me to list their house in Plano and help them find a new one in Rockwall. 🏡

I was both excited….and terrified!

Working with a friend always brings a certain level of ease and fun into the process though. And I was so thankful she had put her trust in me.

From that moment to now, the journey has been nothing short of incredible! I’m grateful for every client and memory along the way.🥹
