I walked into this one and immediately noticed the hallway. I mean, look at it. It’s wide. It’s open. And then you keep walking and the whole house just opens up.

This is one of the homes I toured at Megatel’s Venetian community in Celina, and this is exactly why I love going out and looking at new construction. Sometimes you walk into a house and something just catches your attention.

Part 2 of my visit to TJ’s Seafood!

In Part 1, I told you all about the Crab Caesar Wrap, but we need to talk about the appetizer. 🦞

We started with the Warm Lobster Dip with lobster, shrimp, spinach and homemade chips. It was warm, buttery and incredibly rich. You could taste the lobster and shrimp, and whatever they did to bring the whole thing together was just darn good.

And those homemade chips? I could’ve eaten those all by themselves. 😂

Honestly, I could have easily made a meal out of either one of those, but of course I had both. 😉 They were both so filling and so good.

The service at TJ’s was unbelievable, and as a Texan who is very picky about my iced tea, I was happy there too.

TJ’s has been serving Dallas since 1989, and I visited their Preston Royal location at 6025 Royal Lane, Suite 110 in Dallas.

They’ve got inventory. They’ve got great incentives. And the homes? Well, you can see why this one caught my attention. 😉

1897 Townhomes near Historic Downtown Plano and the townhomes at the Collin Creek redevelopment offer two very different settings. And when you start comparing them, there’s more to look at than which one has a few more square feet.
HOA fees, what those fees cover, property condition, documents and the total monthly cost can all matter.

My Chicken Caesar Wrap Tour took a little seafood detour this week. 🦀

I heard about an incredible Crab Caesar Wrap at TJ’s Seafood, so of course I had to go check it out.

The crab was moist and buttery, there was a lot of it in there, the herbs were just right, and the whole combination was so, so good. And incredibly filling!

Obviously, I took way too big of a bite 😂 and got so caught up in the wrap that I didn’t even talk about the truffle fries. They were definitely worth mentioning too.

The service was unbelievable. And if you know me, you know I’m picky about my iced tea. TJ’s iced tea passed the test!

TJ’s has been serving Dallas since 1989, and I visited their Preston Royal location at 6025 Royal Lane, Suite 110 in Dallas.

And we’re not done. There was an appetizer too, but that deserves a Part 2.
