Denton really gets into Halloween! 🎃👻

And considering it's officially the **Halloween Capital of Texas**, that shouldn't surprise anybody!

Downtown Denton's **31 Days of Denton Halloween** celebration is underway, with more than **400 free and low-cost events** happening from October 1 through November 1.

From Halloween festivities to local shops and restaurants getting into the spirit, there's plenty of reason to head over to the Denton Square and check things out.

I love this fireplace and mantel. It’s a little unexpected, a little different, and one of those details you remember after you leave.

Apparently, I’m still finding chicken Caesar wraps I need to try. 😂

This one was at Sweetgreen in Addison, and it was SO good. The olive oil tortilla was delicious, and this one was much more reasonably priced than some of the others I’ve tried.

Meanwhile, my friend ordered the salad. She had no idea what she was missing. 😂

Have you been to Sweetgreen? And more importantly… have you tried the chicken Caesar wrap?

When you’ve lived in a home for a long time, you stop seeing some of the things a buyer will see.

That little repair you’ve meant to get around to? You barely notice it anymore. The room that has collected a little too much stuff over the years? It just looks like home to you.
But when you’re getting ready to sell, it helps to look at your home through a different set of eyes.
That doesn’t mean everything needs to be remodeled or made perfect. It means figuring out what really matters before you spend time and money getting the house ready.

One of my sellers followed my suggestions before putting her longtime home on the market. Later, after she started looking at homes as a buyer herself, she told me, “Now I understand why you had me do all of that.”

Exactly. 😂
