However, in this competitive environment, it is worth noting the perception of some Seller's attitudes toward FHA loans vs. Conventional loans. Remember, there is also another low downpayment Conventional option by Fannie Mae that you may qualify for, and skip the FHA loan altogher. Check out this article!

FHA loans are easier to qualify for if you're a borrower with limited funds or weaker credit but can they hurt your chances of getting your offer accepted by a home seller?
