Stream is proud to have been selected by ONNI Group to lead leasing for 357 Green, a planned 900,000-square-foot, 30-story office development in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.

Designed by SCB, the development will bring a new office experience to one of Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods, featuring approximately 60,000 square feet of amenities, terraces on every office floor, and a landscaped pedestrian paseo connecting Halsted and Green streets.

Stream’s Jack McKinney, Ben Cleveland, and Mark Gunderson will lead leasing efforts for the project, which is poised to become a landmark addition to the Fulton Market skyline.

A new headquarters is on the horizon for Sentinel Technologies.

The technology company has signed a 63,409-square-foot full-building lease at Corporetum Office Campus X in Lisle, Illinois, bringing its office, R&D, and technology lab functions under one roof.

Stream Managing Directors Jordan Decker and Brian Duffy represented Sentinel in the transaction, marking the company’s first headquarters relocation in more than 30 years.
