We’re excited to share that exterior finish-out is nearing completion at North Park Apartments. The buildings are taking their final shape with siding, stonework, balconies, roofing, and exterior details coming together beautifully.

Our team is now focusing heavily on interior finish-out, including drywall completion, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and final touches that will prepare each unit for future residents.

North Park Apartments is quickly transforming into a modern, high-quality community, and we’re proud of the progress being made each day.

Big things are rising in Gainesville, TX!
Our 222-unit luxury apartment community is moving full speed ahead. Exterior buildings are now fully prepped and ready for stucco and stone, and the clubhouse is taking shape with stunning interior progress.

From elevated ceiling details to oversized natural light windows, every part of this project is designed with comfort and modern living in mind.

These apartments are located on North Grand Avenue and are expected to begin pre-leasing toward the end of spring. They will be professionally managed by a property management company, and leasing details will be handled directly through them.

As soon as we receive more information—such as floor plans, pricing, and leasing contacts—we will share an updated post right here.
