Part-Time Contract Labor Opportunity

We are currently looking for a conscientious person for permanent part-time, daytime contract labor work installing and removing residential real estate yard signs. The Contractors will be working with post and stake-type signs, and a reliable pickup truck is required (no SUV’s or covered truck beds, please). This job will take you anywhere in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Job Offers:
• Flexibility to set your own schedule
• Monthly pay for each sign installation or removal
• Convenient Dallas warehouse location for sign pick-up and drop-off

Ideal candidate will:
• Be available to work a minimum of three days, with a maximum of six days, Monday through Saturday
• Have a reliable pickup truck (no SUV’s or covered truck beds)
• Have a valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance
• Have a Smart Phone with a data plan
• Have a computer with internet connection
• Be in good physical condition to lift heavy signs, be able to dig holes, pound posts, and dig or pull posts out of the ground
• Be honest, conscientious, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner.

Part-Time Contract Labor Opportunity
We are currently looking for a conscientious person for a permanent part-time contract labor position cleaning real estate yard signs and rider attachments and adding them back into inventory at our warehouse. The job will consist of unsupervised work, five days a week for two hours each day between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Candidate must be available Monday - Friday.
Job Offers:
• $15 per hour
• Flexibility to work your two hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon
• Monthly pay
• Convenient Northwest Dallas warehouse location
Ideal candidate will:
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be able to pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance
• Be available for work five days a week, Monday through Friday
• Be able to alphabetize and shelve sign riders easily (there will be a test)
• Be in good physical condition to lift and move moderately heavy signs repeatedly
• Provide references
• Be honest, conscientious, responsible, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner.
