Y'all Street's Newest Partner: Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley will occupy a four year lease in Fountain Place until they complete their new, 700,000 square foot campus at McKinney Avenue and Fairmount Street, valued at $1.2 Billion.

Around 2031, they are expected to occupy the new building and bring 1,500 jobs to Fountain Place. By 2035, they will employ 3,800 people at its new campus.

Yet another major corporate investment to strengthen our economy in DFW. Y'all Street is shaping up to be a serious financial center quickly, y'all!
