Can we talk about mindset for a minute? Carol Dweck's book on Mindset is what I'm currently reading and it discusses two different mindsets. I needed to hear this today, and I thought someone else might need to as well. Less stress = more success. Sometimes, you just need to let go of things that are holding you back. Because what's waiting for you on the other side, is going to be so much better! As an agent, I do experience stress in my job. But sometimes, I need to stop and think about the big picture. Just because one small thing didn't go right today, it doesn't mean that tomorrow isn't going to be better.
