Mis clientes pensaban rentar al llegar a Dallas porque querían tiempo para adaptarse al área. Pero después de revisar números, descubrimos que una casa nueva les permitía comprar con un monto inicial muy similar al que pensaban destinar a la mudanza y con un pago mensual que tenía sentido para su situación.

SOLD! 🎉

This home has officially closed, and I’m so excited for the buyers. It turned out absolutely beautiful, and seeing someone fall in love with it made all the hard work worth it.

One thing this project reminded me of is how important comparable sales are when planning a new build. Sometimes it’s tempting to add all the upgrades and create something truly special (and trust me, I love that 😅), but the market still plays a big role in determining how quickly a property will sell.

The good news? Quality matters. The right buyer came along, saw the value, and is now the proud owner of an amazing home.

Every project is a learning experience, and this one reinforced the importance of combining great design, great construction, and smart market research.
