The latest NTREIS-based Frisco snapshot shows a median sold price of about $645,000.

Active inventory was reported at 583 single-family homes, with 3.4 months of supply.

Sold homes averaged about 67 days on market, which means pricing and presentation matter more than they did during the frenzy.

Buyer tip: don’t just watch the list price — compare recent sold homes and ask where seller concessions may be realistic.

Seller tip: the homes winning attention in Frisco are the ones priced cleanly, photographed well, and move-in ready from day one.
