Fran Doherty has worked at Willow Bridge for 14 years—marking 15 years this September! As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, she helps find top talent for Willow Bridge Communities.
Her journey began as an on-site Business Manager following a property transition: "Once I found out Willow Bridge was taking over, I was excited because of their reputation. What I found out after I got here is how close everyone was and how helpful people were with the transition. I was so impressed with the support."
Fran transferred to a different property management company after an exchange in ownership. She later returned to Willow Bridge to fill a new need: "When I returned, there was a tremendous amount of growth. I was working as a Floating Business Manager while assisting with recruiting and hiring. Over the years, I've seen this department grow, thrive, and be impactful. I will always be grateful for this opportunity."
Her on-site experience paved the way for her role in leadership: "Having worked on-site gave me a deep understanding of each role and what it takes to be successful. While I had to learn the craft of recruiting, understanding the business came naturally because I had experienced it firsthand."
