Inspired by a family of respected Dallas real estate professionals that include her husband, Stewart Bul, and father-in-law, Alex Bul, Soozie launched her own career in the late 1980s by earning the title of Rookie of the Year. Creative, energetic, open minded and big hearted, Soozie continues to serve a wide range of clients who trust her to evaluate their needs and provide solutions that ensure a fabulous home buying or selling experience. With valuable insight as a mother of two daughters and as a community leader, Soozie carefully guides and counsels clients as they choose a home and neighborhood for their own families. Recent volunteer activities contributing to her market knowledge include serving as President of the Preston Hollow Women’s Club and the Hillcrest High School PTSA; Chairman of the Live Auction Committee of the Franklin/Hillcrest PTA and as a Philanthropy Liaison and Grade Level Advisor of the Mockingbird Chapter of the National Charity League. Soozie received the Texas PTA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013! Coming to the real estate industry with extensive marketing, sales and public relations experience, Soozie is equally skilled at crafting competitive strategies for home selling clients. One loyal client was so pleased with the results of her work that he sent Soozie and her husband to Jamaica for a week-long vacation!
“Clients can expect me to stay abreast of the market and provide the most accurate, up-to-date information available,” says Soozie. “My goal is to empower my clients to achieve the very best financial terms and lifestyle their investment can bring.” She recently earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. In addition her love of working with people, Soozie has a passion for horses and keeps a keen eye on the farm and ranch market and the Texas Horse Park Project planned for the Trinity River Area.
