The Real Estate Market is going Crazy right now!

The home you see online today.... may not be available tomorrow. 😭

My best advice for buyers right now:

HAVE YOUR STUFF TOGETHER‼️

👉🏽This means that you need to go ahead and talk to your lender and get that pre-approval/ pre-qualification!

👉🏽This means that you need to schedule that showing with your realtor ASAP.

👉🏽This means you need to be prepared to put your offer in as soon as you decide you love that home you just toured.

👉🏽This means you need to have your Earnest money and Option money checks on standby and ready to be delivered.

👉🏽A lot of homes on the market are getting multiple offers, so come with your highest and best and be confident in your Realtors abilities to put that offer together quickly!

This message was shared by one of my Lender friends. He’s in the mortgage industry and is sharing his knowledge to help us understand what’s going on in the market.

“The FED move to buy mortgage backed securities isn’t working as expected. If anything it’s creating more sellers and not nearly enough buyers for MBS coupons.
What that means is interest rates are flying up in an ugly way.
Since Monday, interest rates are up 1.25%-1.5%.
That can impact approval levels on current clients shopping for homes.” -AV Vaghela
