Another Smart Move! 🏡🔑

This closing looked a little different since both the seller and buyer live out of state and everyone signed remotely, but that doesn’t make it any less special!

Our seller came to us through a referral from a wonderful friend, and although we never had the chance to meet her in person, we’ve truly enjoyed getting to know her through all the phone calls and conversations along the way.

That’s one of the things we love most about real estate. So much of our business is built on relationships, referrals, and people trusting us enough to send their friends and family our way. We never take that trust for granted. ❤️

We were able to donate four more Welcome Home Baskets to the Northwest Georgia Family Crisis Center and already plan to deliver another four next month! 🥳

Each basket is filled with dishes, towels, cooking utensils, and other household necessities, along with a few pretty extras to help make a new place truly feel like home.

The staff shared with us that the women look forward to receiving these baskets as they leave the shelter and move into a place of their own. Knowing that something so simple can help make such a big milestone feel a little more special means the world to us.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted the Smart Moves Team with your real estate needs and referred your family and friends to us. As you know, every closing means another Welcome Home Basket is donated, so every referral truly helps us give back to our community.

Another Smart Move!!! 🥳

Some people are looking for a house. Others are searching for the place that truly feels like home.

From the very beginning, Shane and Lisa knew they wanted more than four walls.
They dreamed of a beautiful home with land, room to put down roots, and a place where their family could make memories for years to come.
After searching, asking questions, and exploring their options, they found the one that felt just right.
