Home from a few months ago, homeowner came up to us saying the home was in perfect condition. We are not termite inspectors, but when we see obvious signs we note it in our report for professional remediation. Lets just say this homeowner was shocked to hear about our findings. It got worse as we went into the crawlspace. Don't skip the inspection.🧐
