Congratulations to my investor client on adding another 11 units to his portfolio! 🎉🏡

This transaction definitely tested everyone’s patience and persistence. After more than 100 emails with the lender and countless requests to satisfy underwriting conditions, we finally made it to the closing table.

The stress level was high, but this deal is a great reminder of why choosing the right lender matters. When challenges arise, having a knowledgeable and responsive lending team can make all the difference.

What a journey this has been!
Ten years ago, I had the privilege of helping these first-time homebuyers purchase their very first home. After a decade of making memories and loving where they lived, they decided it was time for a little more space and a new chapter.

The road to selling and buying definitely had its twists and turns, but with patience, persistence, and teamwork, we made it happen. Seeing clients come back years later and trusting me to guide them through another major milestone is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Check This Out! 🇺🇸

The Berkshire Athenaeum has been selected, along with three other libraries state-wide, to participate in a hands-on fun LEGO® event to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence.

The Library will host a LEGO® Flag Build to help create a giant American flag out of LEGO® bricks that will be part of the 2026 Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular. The annual July 4th concert, led by Keith Lockhart, will headline Massachusetts' America 250 celebration on the Charles River Esplanade.

This build will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 10:30a.m. to 12:00p.m. in the Library’s auditorium. This all-ages, free event is open to adults, teens, families, and youth of all ages, while supplies last.
