“The Hobbit House” is really starting to take shape! 🏡

Framing is nearly complete, windows are going in, and some of the most unique features of this home are coming to life. The wraparound steel and concrete deck is underway, along with the three-story viewing tower that will take full advantage of this incredible wooded setting.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy finalizing cabinet layouts, electrical plans and plumbing layouts as we prepare for the next phase.

There’s still a lot to come, but it’s exciting to see the vision for this one taking shape! ❤️

Stay tuned for more from The Hobbit House!

🏡 “The Emberwood” is officially UNDER CONTRACT!

We are absolutely in love with how this beautiful home turned out! And apparently, we weren’t the only ones… The Emberwood went under contract after just ONE day on the market! 🎉

While custom homes are our specialty, we occasionally build move-in-ready homes, too. But these aren’t your typical spec homes. We put the same attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design into every home we build, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind custom home or one we’ve designed from the ground up.
We believe every home deserves to be something special, and The Emberwood is a perfect example of that!

Whether you’re dreaming of building a custom home or looking for a beautifully crafted, move-in-ready home, we’d love to help you find your perfect fit.
Congratulations to the future owners of The Emberwood! We can’t wait for you to make this house your HOME! ❤️
