Our beautiful venue is $650, and seats about 80 comfortably. There is no time restriction on the day of your party! It comes with tables, chairs, tablecloths, a large kitchen with tons of counter space, a full sized refrigerator, a huge parking lot big enough for everyone to park, and still enough room in the parking lot for a bouncy house and/or water slide in the summer. If no party is going on, you can come in the day or evening before (free of charge) to decorate, and bring whatever you need.
