Congratulations to my sellers on closing their SECOND home this month! 🎉 Another new construction home in Beach City is officially SOLD to first-time buyers!

This one definitely came with a few hurdles along the way, but with patience, teamwork, and persistence, everything worked out exactly how it was supposed to in the end. So excited for everyone involved as these buyers start this next chapter in their brand new home.

Yayy for kicking off 2026 as a Top Producer for January 🏆❄️
This one feels extra special after a very Ohio January! All the miles driven through snow, showings in negative temps, and fighting off all the winter germs along the way we made it! 💪🏼

Huge thank you as always to my amazing clients and everyone who continues to support and refer me. We powered through, and I’m so excited for what the rest of 2026 has in store 😏 Ready to shatter some goals this year!

Catching up for January now that I finally don’t have sick kids and they’re actually back in school 🙌😅

JUST SOLD! Big congratulations to my clients on selling their rental property! I can’t wait to see what new investments this win turns into for you 👏

Quick little reminder on the importance of not burning bridges in real estate. This deal was actually under contract once before, but the first buyers got cold feet on a TLC property. Their agent worked hard to try to save it, and when it didn’t work out, we respectfully parted ways.

Fast forward to round two.. If at first you don’t succeed, try again. She knew it was a good deal, reached out to one of her previous investor clients, and just like that… the deal was done!!

Great agents truly make real estate a better, smoother experience for everyone involved. Always grateful for teamwork like this 🤍🏡

Wrapping up 2025 with my last sale of the year! 🏡 This adorable farmhouse in Wooster is officially on to its next owners in 2026.
